Top Welterweight prospect Ian Garry takes you through his home workout. The workout is short and intense, aimed to replicate the grappling scenario using isometric exercise. 


The workout: 

Squat hold: 2 min hold followed by 3min rest. 2 sets total.
Press up hold: 1min hold followed by 1 min rest. 5 sets total.
Burpee with sprawl: 10 Burpee with sprawls, followed by 30 secs rest. 10 sets total.
